Important Information

Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) established itself in 1990. In 1994, NNSWA registered with the District Administration Office Kanchanpur and affiliated to Social Welfare Council Kathmandu. NNSWA has grown over the years, implementing various integrated community based development programs in Sudhurpaschim province being one of the leading development organizations in Nepal.

Geographical Coverage

NNSWA established in Kanchanpur district and started its Community Based Integrated Rural Development. Gradually NNSWA extended its working districts within the Sudhurpaschim province of Nepal. Currently, NNSWA is providing its various services for community development, physical rehabilitation services and human rights activities in the 12 district of Nepal. The projects and programs are mostly implementing though its own district chapters and other helping committee formed by NNSWA or through collaborative partners of locally.

Networking, Co-ordination and Linkages

NNSWA is an active and leading organization in the Sudhurpaschim province of Nepal. NNSWA gradually gained capacity and develop its networking and coordination among the various organization, networking, and committees. Following are the few lists:

  • To enhance the standard of education and provide educational opportunities to the eprived, dalits, and disabled.
  • To provide help services to those in the target area
  • To advocate rights for women and children.
  • To create leaders from the 3D group through skill development and trainings.
